Chris’s primary responsibilities are to prepare all the necessary documentation and provide full maintenance to the Kal Johal Teams accepted contracts. Hours are spent on daily basis to manage all the closing files and organize the executed contracts and disclosures regarding closing. Chris alleviate the time spent overseeing all documents and contacting the associated parties to have corrected if any is needed and to follow up for any missing necessary disclosures that may have been missed or is still an undecided option. He will make sure appraisals, surveys and disclosures reports are ordered, title work is complete, deeds are prepared, inspections are done, mortgage payoffs are gathered, preparations are made with lenders & title companies...and all the other details are done that brings the complete file to the closing table. In short Chris is a key tool to help grow our business by relieving all the paper chase and ensuring that we spent more time serving our value clients.

Leslie McBride functions as KWYS's team leader, lead generation manager and CEO. With over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential real esate, leslie provides a level of experience that further solidifies the strength of our team. In addition to being part of KWYS’s team, she has served on the Yuba City Council since being elected in November 2006. Most recently she served as Yuba City’s Mayor 2008/2009. She is the City’s representative to SACOG (Sacramento Area Council of Governments) serving as a Board of Director and will chair this very important regional COG for 2010. She also serves on the Board of Commissioners for the Consolidated Area Housing Authority of Sutter County.
Leslie has a strong presence in organized real estate receiving appointments from the California Association of Realtors (CAR) to Chair and Vice Chair the Local Governmental Relations Committee in 2007 and 2008, Political Activities Fund Committee Vice Chair in 2009 and will Chair that committee’s in 2010. She has served as a committee member for various CAR committees such as the Legislative and Governmental Affairs Director Subcommittee for several years. From 2005-2009 Leslie provided consulting services for the local association of Realtors acting as their Governmental Affairs Director. Leslie served many roles at the Sutter Yuba Association of Realtors Board of Directors with the highlight as their President in 2004.
