Kal, thank you for everything. As I mentioned before, you have put in more than 100% of your time and knowledge in helping us with our first time home buying process. I appreciate the quick response via cell phone or email. You have been very patient in answering and re answering our questions and concerns and being honest about questions that weren't in your area of expertise and/or directing us to people that could answer our questions like the loan officer, title officer or even notary. Last, but not least, I'm really glad that you went through for us in putting in an offer for this home instead of just sticking to the other house. As a first time home buyer, I put all my trust and faith in you and would've just stuck to what ever suggestions you gave, but you put yourself in our shoe and persue to put an offer for this home. I would have regretted much knowing that we could have done more, but that did not happen and I'm so happy things turned out the way it did despite all the hurdles we had to go through to get this loan processed. I will certainly refer you to any friends and relatives should they need a realtor.
